Option C3 : Training "sports and nutrition"

The study of the energy is an important expertise in sports nutrition. The control of body weight by a sport discipline, the intensity, the age... requiers a real food study and diet rules. The training program « Sport – Nutrition and Health » by Juventhera is based on top diet courses and top level food development. This training opens a new perspective and appropriate specialization in « Sport Nutrition » for health professionals.

Training plan

Psychophysiological approach (the prevention against anxiety, the biological rhythms and the biological clock...) Physiology and Energetics : (Sports programs : performance, reducation) – Sport and Nutrition (food and physical activity) – Nutrition and Sports – Nutrition, Sport by Age, Prevention Health (children, adults, veterans, seniors...) - Nutrition, Sport and Pathology.

Duration of the training

6 months. (1 school day every two weeks)
